Carefully, the artist coils brown micaceous clay into a graciously rotund form, possessing a wide, slight undulated opening at the top. While in the firing process, fire clouding blushed the surface of the work. The artist happily contends that, "In a way, for me, if they don’t have fire clouds, they feel a little incomplete. The way I feel, the fire clouding is nature’s way of designing."
